Book your assessmentFrom treatment to performance
Sports chiropractic at INVICTUS is built around a simple premise: treating the injury isn’t enough. Assessment identifies what’s wrong and what’s contributing to it. Treatment addresses the tissue. Rehabilitation rebuilds capacity. All three, under one roof, with one practitioner from start to finish.
Most patients come to INVICTUS for an injury. Many stay because of what happens after. The path from initial treatment through structured rehabilitation to performance training is one continuous arc — not three separate referrals. Rudy manages the full journey, adjusting the plan as your capacity develops and your goals evolve.

Frequently asked questions
Sports chiropractic integrates multiple clinical techniques beyond spinal manipulation — including soft tissue therapy (ART, IASTM), dry needling, and progressive rehabilitation. At INVICTUS, each treatment plan is built around a specific diagnosis and clinical goal, not a generic protocol.
Spinal manipulation is one tool among many and is applied only when clinically indicated. Many presentations are treated with soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and rehabilitation — without manipulation. Rudy will explain every technique and why it's being used.
In most cases, yes. The aim is to keep you moving where it's safe to do so. Rudy will advise on what to modify, what to avoid temporarily, and how to continue training around your injury.
This varies. Acute injuries may respond within 4–6 sessions. Chronic or complex presentations typically require a longer program. Individual results will vary — Rudy will give you a realistic assessment of expected timeline at your initial consultation.
