Performance Training
Sport-specific conditioning to build the capacity, resilience, and output your sport demands.
Performance training at INVICTUS sits at the intersection of clinical knowledge and strength and conditioning. With a background in personal training and strength and conditioning alongside his chiropractic training, Rudy understands athletic performance from both sides.
This is not generic gym programming. Performance training here is built on your assessment findings, your sport demands, and your current physical capacity. Load is structured to build — not break.
Whether you are returning from injury or injury-free and looking to raise the ceiling on your performance, this service provides both coaching and clinical oversight under one roof.
Your training is monitored continuously. If something changes — mechanically, structurally, or symptomatically — Rudy adjusts the program. You get coaching and clinical management in one.

Performance Training — FAQ
Athletes, active individuals, and anyone who wants to improve their physical output — from competitive sportspeople to committed amateur athletes and anyone who takes their physical output seriously. You do not need to be elite to benefit.
It can be. Performance training can be a standalone service or integrated with your clinical treatment and rehabilitation program depending on your needs.
Rudy works with athletes across a wide range of sports — AFL, rugby, team sports, endurance, combat sports, CrossFit, and general fitness. The approach is always sport-specific.
Because Rudy is also a registered chiropractor, any structural or pain issues that arise during training can be assessed and managed immediately — within the same session. If your back starts to react to a movement pattern, or a knee issue appears mid-program, it is addressed then and there, not weeks later.
