A thorough movement screen identifies asymmetries, mobility restrictions, loading deficits, and mechanical compensations — potential vulnerabilities that, left unaddressed, may contribute to injury over time. In most cases, identifying these early is far less costly — in time, training disruption, and recovery — than treating them once they've become injuries.
